Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! – In the US, Free Shipping via USPS  is standard on all orders and typically delivers in 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping via USPS Priority is also available for a flat fee of $8, delivering in 2-3 business days.

For international deliveries, Free Shipping is standard on orders over $150. Shipping via UPS Worldwide is available for a flat fee of $36, with estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.

Where can I order a Gift Card?

How do I add a note to my order?

What is your return and exchange policy?

For US Customers:
  • Return items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund via your original payment method, or store credit. We'll also include a free return label.
  • Exchange items within 60 days for a product of equal value, or store credit. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping label.
  • Items must be in good condition and arrive with proof of purchase.
  • Return payments will be processed within 72 hours of receiving your items, but may take 5 business days to fully transfer.
For International Customers:

How do I care for my jewelry?

The more you wear it, the better it will look. If your jewelry needs to be cleaned, we suggest wiping it down with a clean cotton cloth or a dry jewelry polishing cloth.

Can brass cause a skin reaction?

+

Our Jewelry is nickel and lead free and our ear findings and chains are solid sterling silver. Some people may see a light green reaction on their skin. This is harmless and washes away with soap and water and becomes less common the more the jewelry is worn.

What do I do if my jewelry is damaged or broken?

Your jewelry is guaranteed for life. Please email help@alchemyloop.com or chat with us so we can arrange for repair or replacement.
